An AI-powered applicant tracking system for the SI/EN market, co-founded with two technical co-founders. I lead Product, Design, and Brand.

• Primary point of contact with client product managers across an 8-client portfolio — scoping requirements, classifying bugs vs. change requests, estimating tickets, prioritizing work, and reporting accumulated change requests to leadership for invoicing
• Estimated and scoped 100+ features under typical agency conditions — built a pragmatic estimation practice with risk-buffer sizing, scope decomposition, and proactive flagging of ambiguity before commitment
• Designed UX flows and wireframes in Figma for client review, including a Slovenian tourism app designed from scratch before development
